ich bin begeistert, im body and motion kann wird man beraten, wie man seine sportlichen ziele erreichen und darüber hinausschießen kann, man sieht erfolge - und es macht echt spass: total nette trainer sind immer um einen bemüht!
ich bin schon oft scvhlecht glauntund gestresst gekommen - und mit super laune wieder gegangen!
