ganzen Eimer Kleber nicht mehr zurücknehmen können (ungeöffnet), da sie nicht glaubten dass er frostsicher gelagert wurde. Das ärgert mich, da auch die Menge von ihnen berechnet wurde. Ganz ehrlich, das nächste mal kaufe ich wieder beim Bauhaus da gab's noch nie Probleme, auch wenn es kein Jungunternehmen mit regionalen Produkten ist. ?

can't take back the whole bucket of glue (unopened) because they didn't believe it was stored frost-proof. This annoys me as the amount was also calculated by them. Honestly, the next time I will buy from the Bauhaus again, there have never been any problems, even if it is not a young company with regional products. ?
