★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach zweimaligen Terminvereinbarungen ist einfach niemand gekommen. Es gab auch keinen Anruf bzgl. Verschiebung etc.. Nach einem weiteren Anruf (ca. 3 Monate später) wurde mir wieder gesagt ich solle eine E-Mail mit dem Sachverhalt an die Firmenadresse senden und man wird sich umgehend bei mir melden. Bis heute (2 Wochen später) hat sich noch niemand bei mir gemeldet. Absolut respektloser Umgang mit Kunden!!! Keine Weiterempfehlung dieser Firma!
After making two appointments, no one came. There was also no call regarding postponement etc. After another call (approx. 3 months later) I was told again to send an e-mail with the facts to the company address and I will be contacted immediately. Until today (2 weeks later) nobody has contacted me. Absolutely disrespectful treatment of customers! No recommendation of this company!
