★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit lack luster. Global shipping problems might be compounding the problem. The selection was rather small and some things where really old, rice crispy treats 5 days before the sell by date. Plus NO Captain Crunch, so two Stars cannot recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointing!The first impression is that it was dingy. The male cashier was friendly ,but I bought less than I anticipated as most items were not priced and had no shelf price sticker either.I decided not to keep going back and forth to ask the prices.I was there on Friday Feb. 4th and the 2 women (at least one of whom appeared to be staff)sitting gossiping could have been doing something useful such as pricing or cleaning.The place could definitely use a spruce-up, fresh paint ,new shelves and general tidy up.There wasn't a great selection of products and prices were high .Maybe this can be blamed on Brexit! Luckily I'll be in England with a big suitcase next month so I can stock up on Shreddies , Weetabix etc. then.

I went in hoping for British tea or goodies, and left with all that plus my favourite Australian snack in hand (which I never expected them to have!) Every experience here was a good one and I highly recommend Bobby's for all your foreign food needs in Vienna :)
