Ich habe Anfang des Jahres eine Mail geschrieben und mir wurde gesagt das eine neue Produziert wird, dies aber etwas dauert. Also heute (November)habe ich ganz plötzlich ein Paket bekommen mit einer neuen Tasche bekommen. Ich habe das Board seit dem Spätsommer nicht mehr benutzt und es gar nicht mehr im Kopf gehabt. Ich freu mich sehr darüber. Great advice by phone, great price, I was even recommended the cheaper product because it was a savings offer. Something was wrong with the bag. I wrote an email at the beginning of the year and was told that a new one would be produced, but it would take a while. So today (November) I suddenly received a package with a new bag. I haven't used the board since late summer and haven't even had it in my head. I am very happy about it.

Je commande un article pour mon paddle début juin, l'article est en rupture de stock jusqu'à mi-août puis finalement j'attends jusqu'en septembre. Je ne suis pas averti de l'envoi. Je dois réclamer le numéro de suivi. Je me rends compte que le coli est retourné à l'expéditeur. Personne m'en informe et en plus de ça que reçois un mail qui me demande de régler ma facture (payé par carte le jour de la commande en juin.) Finalement ils m'ennuient ma commande. La personne termine notre échange en me disant que je pourrai quand même écrire en Anglais la prochaine fois. Désoler de ne pas savoir l'anglais. Service déplorable. Je ne commanderai plus jamais. I am really disappointed with the online service. I order an item for my paddle board at the beginning of June, the item is out of stock until mid-August then finally I wait until September. I am not notified of the shipment. I need to claim the tracking number. I realize the package has returned to the sender. No one informs me and in addition to that I receive an email asking me to pay my bill (paid by card on the day of the order in June.) Finally, they annoy my order. The person ends our exchange by telling me that I will still be able to write in English next time. Sorry for not knowing English. Deplorable service. I will never order again.
