★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blumen zu besonderem Festanlass hingen nach 3 Tagen (peinlich für mich als Blumenschenker) trotz täglichen Wassertausch, Neuanschnitt und Lagerung innen bei 23-24Grad. Aussage Verkäuferin auf Nachfrage der Haltbarkeit „1 Woche“.
Reklamation zeigte leider nur Uneinsichtigkeit der Verkäuferin und keinerlei Entgegenkommen (kein Rabatt Gutschein oder eine kleine Blume).
Ich suche mir nun einen anderen besseren Floristen.
Flowers on a special occasion hung after 3 days (embarrassing for me as a flower giver) despite daily water exchange, new cut and storage inside at 23-24 degrees. When asked about the shelf life "1 week" from the seller.
Unfortunately, the complaint only showed the seller's lack of understanding and no concession (no discount voucher or a small flower).
I am now looking for another better florist.
