Unfortunately it was a very sad occasion that brought me there. But it was very responsive to me and my wishes, and well advised. I was very happy with everything!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es wurde ein Blumenstrauß für einen wichtigen Anlass vorbestellt und bezahlt. Am Tag der Abholung war dieser aber nicht da, es wurde vergessen ihn herzurichten. Kann natürlich passieren. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Es wurde auch nicht zurückgerufen.
Dann haben wir einen anderen Strauß mitgenommen...
Am nächsten Tag gingen wir persönlich hin.
Es gab keine Entschuldigung.
Und das beste: Sie haben noch 5€ von uns verlangt, da der Strauß den wir mitgenommen haben, teurer war.
Nicht sehr kundenfreundlich.
A bouquet of flowers has been pre-ordered and paid for for an important occasion. On the day of collection, however, it was not there, it was forgotten to prepare it. Can of course happen. Nobody could be reached by phone. Nor was it recalled.
Then we took another bouquet ...
The next day we went there personally.
There was no excuse.
And best of all: They asked us € 5 because the bouquet we took with us was more expensive.
Not very customer friendly.
