Sehr entäuscht ? No creativity, no humor ☹ Even though I said "my niece for her eighteenth birthday" the saleswoman put together a bouquet of flowers for my grandma. Very disappointed ?

s	sparklingsoda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider nicht Kritikfähig, daher kann ich den die Blumenwerkstatt nicht weiterempfehlen. Geburtstagsstrauss wurde scheinbar frisch zusammengestellt und zu meiner Türe geliefert. Strauss sah für mich leider nicht frisch aus, die Tulpen waren bereits vollständig geöffnet und die Rosen im äusseren Bereich bereits leicht angetrocknet. Leider kam kein Verständnis seitens der Verkäuferinnen auf als ich darauf Aufmerksam gemacht habe. Nach langem hin und her wurde mir das Geld zurückgegeben obwohl ich den Strauss als Geschenk bekommen habe. Nicht so sehr kompetent, nun weiss ich ja wieviel der Strauss Wert war. Aus Service Sicht wäre ein neuer, kleiner Strauss optimaler gewesen. Ich hoffe das die Blumenwerkstatt aus meinem Fall ein "Learning" gezogen hat und bei zukünftigen Reklamationen ein wenig professioneller reagieren wird. Unfortunately not open to criticism, so I cannot recommend the flower workshop to others. The birthday bouquet was apparently freshly put together and delivered to my door. Unfortunately, Strauss didn't look fresh to me, the tulips were already fully open and the roses on the outside were already slightly dried out. Unfortunately, there was no understanding on the part of the sellers when I pointed this out. After a long back and forth, the money was returned to me even though I got the bouquet as a gift. Not so very competent, now I know how much the Strauss was worth. From a service point of view, a new, small bouquet would have been more optimal. I hope that the flower workshop has learned something from my case and that it will react a little more professionally to future complaints.
