m	martina klemt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ trotz verkleinerung gibt es für jeden anlass etwas passendes zu kaufen, freundliche und kompetente mitarbeiter, ausgezeichnete blumenqualität und das auch noch preiswert. umso weniger versteh ich die anderen kommentare hier, die weniger sterne vergeben, obwohl sie den grund der verkleinerung kennen. ich kenne auch die beiden anderen filialen und war immer hochzufrieden! despite the reduction, there is something for every occasion to buy, friendly and competent staff, excellent flower quality and that also inexpensive. the less I understand the other comments here, the less stars forgive, even though they know the reason of the reduction. I also know the other two branches and was always very satisfied!

Das Personal könnte man überdenken, die Verkäufer wirken recht demotiviert und gelangweilt - aber bei den Preisen kann man darüber hinwegsehen. Very large selection, the prices are significantly cheaper compared to the competition. The staff could be rethought, the salespeople seem quite demotivated and bored - but you can ignore that with the prices.

Wurde meist sehr gut und freundlich beraten, hatte aber auch schon Pech - zuletzt, z.B., von der schlechten Laune angesteckt wieder abgezogen ohne Einkauf ... Compared to the hardware store or even Ikea etc., the plants are always very well cared for, at moderate prices. Was mostly given very good and friendly advice, but was also unlucky - in the end, e.g., infected by the bad mood, pulled off again without shopping ...

I asked for advice about the flowers I was looking at and the employee made a big sigh and crossed her arms like she was being bothered. I was going to be getting on a bus and wanted to know how long the flowers would last out of water. I have been to other places and they sometimes are able to put them in a bag with water so they will not die. It didn't seem like thus was going to be an option here. She answered my question and almost immediately started walking away. I thanked her for her advice and left.
