★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange behaviour from your staff today. I was charged 19.95 for item which had price tag 9.95. I did found out afterwards and came back. They did gave me back 10 euro bank note, but with any “sorry” or pardon ?. These guys represent your brand and shop ?

There is almost always someone available to help you get the things you need.
They come to you to ask if you need help not the other way around.
Also the staff is relaxed and not pushy to sell you things so in my case that makes me more relaxed while buying things.
Basically 10/10 would shop again.
Their inventory is also great they have basically everything you need for snow and street wear. They got everything you need whether you're a skiër or a snowboarder or a skater.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be a good place to shop for UK residents, but since Brexit, buyers now get a tax invoice from DHL along with their delivery demanding 30% of the purchase value to cover VAT and Import Duty. This is hidden in the small print on the website so be aware! Better value can now be found at UK based stores such as Absolute Snow, Surfdome, etc.
