★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe angerufen, um zu fragen ob mein Paket schon da ist. Jemand bat mich, in 15mins noch einmal anzurufen, er würde nachsehen. Beim zweiten Anruf meinte der Kollege, er könne nicht nachsehen, erzählte etwas in mir unverständlichem deutsch, legte auf während ich noch am reden war und ging einfach nicht mehr ans Handy.
Komme selbst aus der Dienstleistungsbranche, Service geht für mich anders.
I called to ask if my package was already there. Someone asked me to call again in 15mins, he would check. On the second call, the colleague said he couldn't look, said something I couldn't understand in German, hung up while I was still talking and just didn't answer the phone.
I come from the service industry myself, service is different for me.
