Tolle Einrichtung, die ich gerne immer wieder unterstützen werde:) Sie fördern mit den Möglichkeiten, die sie Behinderten geben, das Leben der Behinderten sehr:) Rundum toll:) I bought a great coconut broom. Meiner Meinung nach sollten diese Menschen für ihre Arbeit nicht nur Lob und Anerkennung bekommen sondern auch unterstützt werden. Die hergestellten Produkte, wie Kerzen, Seifen uvm. sind wunderschön und dekorieren bereits meine Wohnung. Schaut vorbei, überzeugt euch selbst und nehmt ein paar Produkte mit um dieses Hilfswerk zu unterstützen. Wer noch Zweifel hat und sich mit seinen eigenen Augen überzeugen möchte: Das Hilfswerk kann jeder Zeit zu den Öffnungszeiten besucht werden! I became aware of this workplace over the Internet. In my opinion, these people should not only get praise and recognition for their work, but should also be supported. The manufactured products such as candles, soaps and much more. are beautiful and are already decorating my apartment. Have a look, convince yourself and take a few products with you to support this aid organization. If you still have doubts and would like to see for yourself: The aid organization can be visited at any time during opening hours!

Die Arbeit scheint den blinden und sehbehinderten Menschen Freude zu bereiten und die Produkte sind richtig gute Handarbeit! Solche Institute gehören mehr gefördert bzw. bekanntgemacht! Der Online-Shop ist jedenfalls einen Besuch wert! It is very impressive what these people do and I think the results are really great. The work seems to bring joy to the blind and visually impaired and the products are really good manual work! Such institutes should be promoted or advertised more! The online shop is definitely worth a visit!

War schon des öfteren einkaufen in einer Behindertenwerkstatt und habe bis jetzt immer super Sachen erhalten. Bei euch finde ich einfach die wertvolle Handarbeit die ihr leistet, ausgezeichnet.Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Einkauf bei Euch wenn ich wieder in Wien bin. Absolutely great this facility. I think it's just great the affected people here have an esteemed work. Was often shopping in a sheltered workshop and have received until now always great stuff. I	Ilse Ratzinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gleich vorweg, diese Bewertung bezieht sich NICHT auf die Organisation, die einen sehr guten Zweck verfolgt! Ich habe schon öfter bestellt und war immer äußerst zufrieden. Aber bitte, Schluss mit den Telefonanrufen, vor allem in dieser Form! Ich wurde letzte Woche während einer Geschäftsbesprechung angerufen und habe ersucht, mir die Artikel nach Preis und Verwendbarkeit auf der Homepage später in Ruhe ansehen zu können. Ich habe dann noch am selben Tag ein paar Kerzen und Seifen bestellt. Heute erfolgte ein neuerlicher Anruf und meine Mitteilung, dass ich bereits bestellt habe, wurde mit einem unfreundlichen "ach, na sehr schön, jetzt habe ich meine Punkte verloren!" beantwortet. Ich kenne den Druck der im Callcenter herrscht, aber diese Reaktion ist kontraproduktiv!!! PS: Der Inhaber hat sich bereits am nächsten Tag in sehr netter und bemühter Weise um den Vorfall angenommen (siehe auch seine Antwort). Der schlechte Eindruck durch die missgelaunte Telefonistin wurde mehr als wettgemacht, zumal auch sehr rasch die auffallend nachhaltig verpackte Sendung eingetroffen ist. Die in Handarbeit hergestellten Produkte sind, wie immer, sehr hochwertig - daher doch 4 * First of all, this rating does NOT refer to the organization, which is pursuing a very good cause! I have ordered several times and have always been extremely satisfied. But please, stop making phone calls, especially in this form! I received a call last week during a business meeting and asked to take a look at the items later on the homepage for price and availability. I then ordered some candles and soaps the same day. Today I received another call and my message that I had already ordered was replaced with a rude "Oh, very nice, now I've lost my points!" answered. I know the pressure that prevails in the call center, but this reaction is counterproductive!!! PS: The owner took care of the incident the very next day in a very nice and diligent manner (see also his answer). The bad impression made by the bad-tempered operator was more than made up for, especially since the conspicuously sustainably packaged shipment arrived very quickly. The handcrafted products are, as always, very high quality - therefore 4 *

They only wanna speak to director or people having high position and last time I told them my boss was busy, they did not believe and hang up the phone suddently while I was speaking. This is seriously scandalous knowing the reason of the call. They have no manners really... What a shame!!
