S	Sharon Daxer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say they did try ... and with no one really speaking English there was most definitely a language barrier as I can't really understand the local dialect..I have been a few times to this Salon and always been extremely satisfied... unfortunately the lady I had last time left so that was stressful, but I was assured I would be in good hands.. unfortunately she did n't understand what I ment by Frisch Machen... freshen up ..Heller ..lighter ..the colour ended up darker ... Then oranger..and the root colour was darker then I like ..she said it was what was written down from last time but she must of mixed it wrong because it was definitely darker ..I know my natural hair colour and it wasn't it ..she then didn't understand how I wanted my hair trimmed and gave me a unflattering cut ..BUT I guess it was my fault because of the language barrier..it was just annoying because 200 euros later I walked out with not want I originally wanted but thought I guess it will do ..I went back and another lady tried to fix it but I said nicht kurzer twice and now I have the shortest hair Ive had in years and it will take months to grow .. I don't understand why they take photos if never to use them as reference.. BUT they are the friendliest salon and Ive always enjoyed the service they provide AND ive always been extremely satisfied.. that's why I'm so disappointed ..I really enjoyed going there ..But now I feel I'm back to the eternal search..I guess I will have to try the city .. Getting a hair cut with a language barrier is extremely stressful ..I thought I had found my perfect salon ..I do give them a 10/10 for trying to fix it and for their kindness and professionalism.. lovely girls there !
