J	J V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 10-15 times. Each time I ate here I had a decent experience with good food. This time was different. After I ordered, a basket of bread was set at my table. The waitress did not say anything about it. Being from the states, I assumed that the bread was free, since it was on the table. I asked for a pad of butter. I was charged for the roll I ate and the pad of butter. When the bill came, I saw the charges and explained to the waitress that I was not told the roll or the butter would be extra. She asked, "do you want me to pay for it?" (sarcastically) I said I wanted to speak to a manager and that I would pay for the roll and butter, but if I did, I would never come back. She went away for a moment, I saw her talking to the manager who then darted in the back. My waitress told me the manager was not available?. I repeated that I would pay for the roll and butter, but if I did, I would not be back. She said she understood... So I paid the tab and left. I will never be back. I'm not surprised that something like this happened, it is a different country and the service industry... it wasn't much money, but it was just bad business. I hope it was worth the €3

I personally didn’t like the cottage cheese on top of the eggs either but I appreciate that this is personal taste. What bugged me most is, that my boyfriend ordered the full english and asked for a fried egg instead of scrambled eggs and the waitress told us in a very unfriendly way that it would not be possible because it costs more and takes more time so basically we can’t have it. Not considering that we would have been willing to wait and maybe even pay more for it. We’ve been there before and food was good. This time unfortunately everything was cold and the waitress was unfriendly.

The English breakfast on the menu was for me sadly a little disappointing. Everything was cold, the ratios of meat to toast/tomato was off and marmalade has no place on a full English. The sausages were tasty, but the eggs were rubbery and I was apparently not allowed to have a fried egg instead of scrambled. I think the most disappointing part was that I was still hungry after a full English. Once again though, this review is heavily influenced by my own experiences.

Their menu is slightly different and more international than a typical Viennese restaurant Probably could be qualified as fusion. tTey have excellent cocktail drinks, many wines and generally a more modern contemporary atmosphere. This time, I tried their lunch menu which included a spinach pancakes with a tomato sauce and a side salad I didn't know that there was a side salad included and ordered one, but I believe that the server realized that it was her fault that she didn't tell me about the salad included wih the meal and she deducted the second salad from the bill. Good service, in general. Hipster guests, particularly at cocktail ? hours. Elegant spot.
