Wurst, Käse, Nudeln) aus eigener Produktion ☺️ Very nice, rustic Alm without a lot of frills ... very simple, but clean accommodation and really delicious food ... The special: everything (e.g. sausage, cheese, pasta) from our own production ☺️
M	Michael Maier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Alm. In Punkto Tierschutz bzw. Tierwohl alles in bester Ordnung. Bin Tierarzt und muss sagen die Tiere schauen sehr gesund und wohl ernährt aus. Kann man auch alle streicheln. ? Ich denke da will jemand nur die Alm schlecht machen. Auch das Platzangebot ist viel mehr als Notwendig. Und die Produkte sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. (Joghurt, Käse, Speck,..) Einfache, saubere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mit herrlichem Essen und Ausblick. Bitte macht weiter so. Great Alm. In terms of animal welfare and animal welfare everything is in perfect order. I am a vet and I have to say the animals look very healthy and well fed. You can also stroke them all. ? C	Claudia Brem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich jetzt schon zum wiederholten Male oben auf der Blaubergalm war, möchte ich endlich auch mal meine Eindrücke schreiben: Es handelt sich hier um eine einmalige Alm, abgeschieden, am Blaubergkamm gelegen, in einer aussergewöhnliche idyllische Lage. Da muss man lange suchen um etwas vergleichbares zu finden und wird dann doch nicht fündig. Die andere Besonderheit ist das Essen, alles was angeboten wird kommt aus eigener Herstellung. vom Brot über alle Milchprodukte, Käse, Wurst, Marmelade, Kuchen und der EIERLIKÖR ?????!!!! Alles ist meega lecker. die Wirtsleute sind super nett und lustig und warmherzig und haben Ihr tolles Konzept mit viel Liebe und Herzblut umgesetzt. Man kann auch fast alle Leckereien mitnehmen!!!! Ich bin jedes Mal sehr glücklich dort zu sein. Macht weiter so! After having been up on the Blaubergalm for the second time, I would like to finally write my impressions: This is a unique alp, secluded, located on the Blauberg ridge, in an unusual idyllic location. You have to search for a long time to find something comparable and then you won't find it. The other specialty is the food, everything that is offered comes from our own production. from bread to all dairy products, cheese, sausage, jam, cake and EGG LIQUOR ????? !!!! Everything is delicious. The hosts are super nice and funny and warm-hearted and have implemented your great concept with a lot of love and passion. You can also take almost all delicacies with you !!!! I am very happy to be there every time. Keep it up!
