Um 8:00 In der Früh wurden wir von extrem lauten Bohrgeräuschen und Klopfen an unserer Zimmerwand geweckt, als ich mich daraufhin beschwerte passierte nichts und die Handwerker machten über eine Stunde weiter. An schlaf war nicht mehr zu Denken. Meine Freundin und ich hatte einen wirklich schlechten Aufenthalt in diesem „Hotel“ und raten jedem der es in betracht zieht hier zu schlafen ab dies zu tun! Macht es nicht schlaft wo anders! Englisch: This „Hotel“ is more a construction site than a hotel. If you enjoy loud hammering and drilling noises at 8 am for over an hour this is your best choice, but for everyone that wants a pleasant and peacfull stay you should consider to look at other places! Another big issue is that the showers aren‘t fully working and the costs overall are way to high for a place where stuff isn’t working and construction is still done on daily basis. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel at all, we had a terrible experience at black home sillhöfe and we will never return. The hotel resembles a construction site! The shower was only half usable which is nothing compared to the background noise. At 8:00 in the morning we were woken up by extremely loud drilling noises and knocking on our room wall, when I complained nothing happened and the craftsmen continued for over an hour. There was no longer any thought of sleep. My girlfriend and I had a really bad stay at this "hotel" and advise anyone considering sleeping here to stop doing this! Don't sleep somewhere else! Leider funktionierte das Self-CheckIn nicht, plus wurden noch 12 Euro für einen Parkplatz belastet, welchen wir nie brauchten. - es wurde uns daraufhin gut geholfen. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind schön und super ausgestattet. Allerdings hat die Reinigungskraft, die falschen Putzmittel oder zuviel davon verwendet, weshalb der Tisch im Zimmer verkratzt, der Spiegel dreckig und das Treppenhaus sichtliche Spuren enthalten hat. Um 08:30 bin ich aufgestanden, da dann die Bauarbeiten im oberen Stock los gingen und es wurde herumgebohrt, was einen guten Start in den Tag fast unmöglich macht. Ich werde mich an b(l)ackhome wenden und hoffe, dass sie zumindest einen guten Kundenservice besitzen. Very nice hotel with a cool concept for self-check-in. Unfortunately, the self-check-in didn't work, plus 12 euros were charged for a parking space, which we never needed. - We were then helped well. The hotel and the rooms are nice and well equipped. However, the cleaner used the wrong cleaning agent or too much of it, which is why the table in the room was scratched, the mirror dirty and the stairwell visible. At 8:30 am I got up because the construction work started on the upper floor and there was drilling around, which makes a good start to the day almost impossible. I will contact b (l) ackhome and hope that at least they have good customer service.

Zentral gelegen in der Nähe der Berg Isel Schanze und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss und man ist direkt in der Stadt! Personal super freundlich und sehr bemüht! Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt! Super great apartment. Very clean, brand new and the view of the Sill and the Nordkette are pure vacation. Centrally located near the Berg Isel ski jump and only a few minutes' walk and you are right in town! The staff was super friendly and tried very hard! We will be back definitely. Thanks for the great stay!

Die Räumlichkeiten sind nicht sehr groß, die Austattung aber zweckmäßig und gut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt auch eine kleine Küchenzeile. Toll, dass wir kostenfrei in der Tiefgarage parken konnten. Auch erhielten wir die Innsbruck-Gastgeberkarte. Mit dieser konnte man kostenlos den öffentlichen Bus nutzen. Das fanden wir sehr gut, so brauchten wir unser Auto nicht und haben etwas für die Umwelt getan. Nicht gefallen · Es gibt noch einige kleine Mängel, die wahrscheinlich damit zusammen hängen, dass die Anlage noch sehr neu ist. So kamen wir in unserem Apartment 111 nicht auf den Balkon, weil sich die Tür nicht öffnen ließ. Im Bad funktionierte die Umschaltung zwischen den beiden Duschbrausen nicht. Auch wäre ein Regal links an der Wand neben dem Waschbecken als zusätzliche Ablagefläche prima. Wir finden das Konzept sehr gut und kommen gern wieder. Instead of a hotel, we wanted to try out an apartment concept for our short trip to Innsbruck. The rooms are not very large, but the furnishings are functional and good. We didn't miss anything. There is also a small kitchenette. It's great that we could park for free in the underground car park. We also received the Innsbruck host card. With this you could use the public bus for free. We thought that was very good, so we didn't need our car and did something for the environment. Disliked · There are still a few small defects, which are probably related to the fact that the system is still very new. In our apartment 111, for example, we couldn't get onto the balcony because the door couldn't be opened. Switching between the two shower heads did not work in the bathroom. A shelf to the left of the wall next to the washbasin would also be great as an additional storage space. We think the concept is very good and would love to come back.

Molto pulito e molto tranquillo. il receptionist di sera è molto bravo. Il ragazzo parla tante lingue e non faceva mancare nessuna richiesta. Bravo bravo bravo. Personale cordiali Hotel pulito la ferma di autobus vicina e meno di 10 secondi per raggiungere. Il supermercato è vicino di due minuti. La posizione super 1000 ⭐️

Die Sauberkeit und Lage war toll, das Zimmer hatte alles was man brauchen könnte, sogar eine kleine Küche mit Spülmaschine! Ich kann’s nur weiter empfehlen ???? ??The Hotel was amazing! The cleanliness and condition was great, the room had everything you might need, even a small kitchen with a washing machine!
