Musste auch schon zwei Mal Schuhe aufgrund der falschen Größe zurückschicken - die Rückgabe war jedes Mal sehr unkompliziert. Sehr gutes Geschäft, kann man empfehlen! I've already ordered a few things from Black Shadow - each time they were sent extremely quickly and delivered just as quickly by DPD. Had to send back shoes twice because of the wrong size - the return was very uncomplicated every time. Very good deal, can be recommended!

Leider habe ich im Kaufrausch die Uhrzeit (Mittagspause ab 12 Uhr) übersehen und die Verkäuferin hat nichts gesagt. Sorry an die nette Verkäuferin!!! TOP Well-stocked business! Staff (a woman) extremely hard-working and patient. Unfortunately, in the shopping frenzy, I overlooked the time (lunch break from 12 noon) and the saleswoman said nothing. M	Michael Dobesch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich sind 5 Sterne im Hinblick auf Auswahl, Preise, Angebote, rasche Lieferung und Beratung schon viel zu wenig! Aber für das herausragende, rasche, unkomplizierte und kundenorientierte Service, müsste man eigentlich mindesten 10 oder mehr Sterne vergeben können. Ich hatte nach einer Online-Bestellung eine Reklamation, die definitiv nicht durch Black Shadow verschuldet war! Ein kurzer Anruf, darauf die Bitte, eine kurze Mail zu schicken und schon hat man sich seitens Black Shadow beim Hersteller darum gekümmert, ob das Produkt aus einer Limited-Edition-Serie noch zum Ausstausch verfügbar wäre. Hab dann die Reklamation an Black Shadow geschickt und hatte bereits 5 Tage danach (inkl. Wochenende dazwischen) das neue Produkt in Händen! Und jetzt das Beste: Bei meiner Bestellung war das Produkt nicht mehr in der von mit gewünschten Farbe lagernd, was ich im Zuge der Reklamation per Mail angemerkt hatte. Und siehe da: Das ausgetauschte Produkt war dann auch noch in der Farbe, die ich usprünglich eigentlich haben wollte! Mit anderen Worten: So geht Service bei einer Online-Bestellung im Jahr 2021, wenn dahinter Menschen stehen, die man nicht nur direkt kontaktieren kann, sondern denen die Zufriedenheit ihrer Kunden auch ein besonderes Anliegen ist! Da könnte sich so mancher Händler oder Online-Shop-Betreiber ein Beispiel nehmen! Actually, 5 stars are far too few in terms of selection, prices, offers, fast delivery and advice! But for the outstanding, quick, uncomplicated and customer-oriented service, you should actually be able to assign at least 10 or more stars. After ordering online, I had a complaint that was definitely not caused by Black Shadow! A quick phone call, followed by the request to send a short email, and Black Shadow has already checked with the manufacturer whether the product from a limited edition series would still be available for exchange. Then I sent the complaint to Black Shadow and already had the new product in my hands 5 days later (including the weekend in between)! And now the best: When I ordered, the product was no longer in stock in the color I wanted, which I noted by email in the course of the complaint. And lo and behold: The replaced product was then also in the color that I originally wanted! In other words: This is how service works with an online order in 2021, if there are people behind it who can not only be contacted directly, but who also care about the satisfaction of their customers! Many a retailer or online shop operator could take an example!

Ich habe an einem Samstag Vormittag das Geschäft aufgesucht und für mein Zielfernrohr eine Schnellmontageschiene gekauft. Am Samstagabend wollte ich das ZFR montieren. Leider waren die demontierbaren Halte-Halbschalen anstatt 30mm nur 28-29mm groß - jene Halbschalen die Fix auf der Halteschiene montiert waren, waren exakt 30mm groß. Das Einschießen am Sonntag hatte sich damit in Luft aufgelöst - Standplatz storniert - Freunden abgesagt :-( Am Dienstag darauf bin ich ins Geschäft und wollte die Halterung umtauschen. Nicht nur das sich die Dame bis ca. 12.30 Zeit genommen hat (Mittagspause ab 12.00), ich habe auch auf alle zusätzlich gekauften Artikel 10% Rabatt bekommen - wegen der "Umstände" warats. ;-) ...ohne danach gefragt zu haben! Das ist nicht nur ein sehr schönes Beispiel wie ein kundenorientiertes Unternehmen agieren sollte, sondern auch wie man Neukunden gewinnt und diese zu Dauerkunden in seinem Geschäft machen möchte. Ich war auch heute beim Flohmarkt wieder dort und habe zwei neue und ebenfalls freundliche und fachlich kompetente MitarbeiterInnen kennen gelernt. DANKE! Bitte macht genau SO weiter. This is how advice works! This is how customer friendliness works! To my case. I went to the store on a Saturday morning and bought a quick-mount rail for my riflescope. I wanted to assemble the ZFR on Saturday evening. Unfortunately, the removable half-shells were only 28-29mm in size instead of 30mm - those half-shells that were fixed on the mounting rail were exactly 30mm in size. The zeroing in on Sunday had vanished into thin air - stand canceled - friends canceled :-( The following Tuesday I went to the store and wanted to exchange the bracket. Not only did the lady take her time until around 12.30 p.m. (lunch break from 12.00 p.m.), I also got a 10% discount on all additionally purchased items - because of the "circumstances" warats. ;-) ... without asking for it! This is not only a very nice example of how a customer-oriented company should act, but also how you can win new customers and turn them into regular customers in your business. I was there again today at the flea market and got to know two new and also friendly and technically competent employees. THANKS! Please continue exactly like this.
