Auf kleine Fragen oder Anforderungen, wie Codes für die App reagiert sie sehr unfreundliche und mit patzigen Fragen die schon sehr in die Privatsphäre einschneiden. Der Empfang ist das Aushängeschild einer Firma und durch solche Mitarbeiter bekommen Kunden einen schlechten, negativen Eindruck über die BKS Bank. Werde mir demnächst eine neue Bank mit freundlicher Mitarbeitern suchen.
Very unfriendly employee at the reception. To small questions or requests, such as codes for the app, she reacts very unfriendly and with snotty questions that cut into privacy. The reception is the figurehead of a company and it is through such employees that customers get a bad, negative impression of BKS Bank. I will soon be looking for a new bank with friendly employees.
