E	Elisabeth Bergbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am vergangenen Sanstag im Bad, da war eine junge Frau im Buffet. Sie war sehr souveräne und hat einem alle Wünsche erfüllt. Der heutige Mitarbeiter ist eine Zumutung. Ich ersuchte um eine Serviertasse. Nicht nur das ich ihm dreimal fragen musste, meinte er, die stehen wie immer am selben Platz. Nur, wenn die auch dort gewesen wären hätte ich nicht fragen müssen. Ich verstehe die Leute nicht, wenn mich der Job so nervt warum mache ich ihn dann? We were in the bathroom last Saturday, there was a young woman in the buffet. She was very sovereign and fulfilled all your wishes. Today's employee is an impertinence. I requested one Serving cup. Not only did I have to ask him three times, he said, they are always in the same place. Only if they had been there I would not have had to ask. I do not understand people when the job annoys me so why do I do it?

Keine Einsicht, dass es einfach nicht passt, wenn man sie darauf anspricht. Preis-Leistung schlecht. Waited forever for French fries, they were then also cold. Moderately friendly staff. No insight that it just doesn't fit when you ask them about it. Price-performance bad.

Schande ist die ganze Bude.....Schande The employees work there for minimum wages and not even get the money to get up (unfortunately, most likely), so they are unfriendly and unmotivated to do the job ... Otherwise the system is a cheek, prices are overpriced and quality can be forgotten here. .. Shame is the whole place ..... shame

Der Bitzinger ist schlichtweg eine Katastrophe, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist eine Frechheit, die Qualität der warmen Speisen (bei mir eine Gemüselasagne) ist fürchterlich und das Personal!!! Ich wurde vom Koch angeschrien, weil ich keinen Essensbon an der Kassa bekommen hab...leider nicht mein Fehler...er hat nicht zugehört und war extrem unfreundlich. Solche Mitarbeiter sind eine Zumutung für die Gäste und ich werde weiterhin das Bad besuchen, aber das Restaurant meiden!!! Was there in July 2020. The Bundesbad Alte Donau is beautiful and deserves an excellent restaurant !! The Bitzinger is simply a disaster, price-performance ratio is a cheek, the quality of the hot dishes (for me a vegetable lasagna) is terrible and the staff! I was shouted at by the cook because I didn't get a meal voucher at the cash desk ... unfortunately not my mistake ... he didn't listen and was extremely rude. Such employees are an imposition for the guests and I will continue to visit the bathroom, but avoid the restaurant !!!

Am Buffett steht neben der offenen!!! Zuckerdose Schmuck (Halsketten, Ohrringe) den man kaufen könnte! Besteck, Tabletts, Salz-,Pfeffer- und Zuckerstreuer stehen herum und wirken unhygienisch und grauslich ( auch ohne Covid19) Es ist sehr chaotisch und unorganisiert. Keine einzige Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu desinfizieren ( ein MUSS, wenn der Zucker beim Kaffee nicht abgepackt ist!) Eine Schande für das so schöne Bundesbad. It's so sad - the staff is unfriendly and doesn't know their way around, issues the wrong dishes and reacts snuggly when you point them out. At the buffet is next to the open !!! Sugar bowl jewelry (necklaces, earrings) that you could buy! Cutlery, trays, salt, pepper and sugar shakers are standing around and look unhygienic and gruesome (even without Covid19) It is very chaotic and disorganized. Not a single possibility to disinfect your hands (a MUST if the sugar for your coffee is not packaged!) A shame for the so beautiful federal bath.

Sorry, aber € 3,90 für ein Paar Frankfurter ohne Semmel, etc. ist einfach nur dreist...Pommes sind ok. Das war es aber auch schon. Staff very rude and prices just overpriced. Sorry, but € 3.90 for a pair of frankfurters without bread, etc. is just bold ... French fries are ok. But that was about it.

Wenn man es nicht einmal schafft Pommes zu machen ist alles verloren... Preis Leistung, Auswahl und Geschmack, Service .. Alles einfach nur grottenschlecht.. The bitzinger's name for such a bad buffet is very surprising ... If you can not even make chips, everything is lost ... Price performance, choice and taste, service .. everything just terrible ..

Hatten ein sehr mittelmäßiges, kleines Schnitzel mit großem, aber ekligen Erdäpflsalat, 4 (!!!) Chickenwings mit einer Handvoll Wedges und 2 Bier um knapp 40 Euro. Völlig daneben!!! Wurde vom Personal gedrängt, schneller zu essen Take away food from home or from the Billa! It would be a shame if you didn't visit this very pretty bathroom because of the poor quality of the buffet. Had a very mediocre, small schnitzel with a large, but disgusting potato salad, 4 (!!!) chicken wings with a handful of wedges and 2 beers for just under 40 euros. Completely wrong! Was urged by staff to eat faster
