Ich wurde in Werfen beim Mitbewerber fündig und habe gleich zwei Hute gekauft.
So little interest of a businessman to do a business I have rarely experienced. Although I came into the business with a concrete easy-to-fulfill customer request and "willing to buy", I simply wanted to answer simple questions reluctantly.
I found the competitor in Werfen and bought two hats.

Bei einer gemütlichen Harleyrundfahrt durch das wunderschöne Salzkammergut habe ich unter anderem die Firma Bittner in Bad Ischl besucht.
Die haben natürlich eine riesige Auswahl an italienischen Strohhüten in feinster Qualität.
Hab einen wunderbaren Hut als Ersatz für meinen aus Florenz gefunden.
Jetzt bin ich wieder behütet und glücklich.
My beloved Italian straw hat, bought in Florence in 2017, was stolen from me at the Neuhofner Weinfest 2018.
On a leisurely Harley tour through the beautiful Salzkammergut, I visited the Bittner company in Bad Ischl.
Of course they have a huge selection of Italian straw hats of the finest quality.
Found a wonderful hat to replace mine from Florence.
Now I am protected and happy again.
