Ersatzteil musste erst bestellt werden (no na, mein Laptop ist schon etwas älter), aber wie das erst geliefert war, konnte ich den Laptop direkt vorbeibringen, und 90 Minuten später schon wieder abholen - toll! Price lived up to expectations, super-friendly, and above all: very fast! Spare parts first had to be ordered (no, my laptop is a bit older), but as soon as it was delivered I was able to bring the laptop over directly and pick it up again 90 minutes later - great!

Der Herr, der selbst der Firmeninhaber ist, hat sich das gleich angeschaut, mich am selben Tag noch zurückgerufen, und mir auch schon sämtliche Möglichkeiten der Reparatur, oder Gerätetausch angeboten. Da die Reparatur günstig war, entschied ich mich für die Reparatur (mit Originalteilen) Es hat alles bestens gepasst. Die Firma BITEX kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen. Since the keyboard of my laptop was defective, I went to Bitex and asked for repairs. The gentleman, who is the owner of the company himself, looked at it right away, called me back on the same day, and offered me all the options for repairs or device replacement. Since the repair was cheap, I decided to do the repair (with original parts). Everything worked perfectly. I can highly recommend BITEX.

Preiseistung war super und es ging sehr flott nach paar Stunden war mein Handy fertig. Kompetenter Service zum fairen Preis. I had the broken display changed on my A71 (on a Saturday). Price performance was great and it went very quickly after a few hours my cell phone was ready. Competent service at a fair price.
