M	Moritz Orthner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Erfahrungen, die ich mit diesem Unternehmen machen mussten, waren schlecht genug, um mir eigens hierfür einen Googleaccount zu erstellen. Es ist mir die Mühe wert, um andere ausdrücklich zu warnen! Jede einzelne Facette dieser Firma ist eine totale Katastrophe. Hier nur ein paar Eckpunkte: Organisation: Sämtliche Kurse, Einteilungen, etc. werden von einem Team verwaltet, welches frisch ins Berufsleben eingestiegen ist und keine Ahnung von Struktur und Voraussicht hat. Und das merkt man auch. Sehr deutlich. Die permanenten Patzer dürfen dann die Kursteilnehmer ausbaden. Erfüllt man die (durch Versagen des BIT wohlgemerkt!) erschaffenen Bedingungen nicht - selbst schuld. Unprofessionell. Menschlichkeit/Individualität: ..fehlen hier völlig. Von Kopf bis Fuß. Bis zur Unterschrift des Vertrags wird einem eine Welt vorgegaukelt, die es nicht gibt. Hier wird auf niemanden Rücksicht genommen. Auf niemanden. Von persönlichen Beleidigungen und dem wiederholten, definitiv bewusst ausgeführtem Bloßstellen von Teilnehmern ganz abgesehen. Qualität: Die Referenten, obwohl stets bemüht, hantieren manchmal (und das ist meiner Meinung nach definitiv zu oft) mit gefährlichem Halbwissen und schlichtweg veralteten Informationen. Abläufe ändern sich. Wir leben nicht in einer statischen Welt. Die Räumlichkeiten, sowie die Ausstattung des Gebäudes sind maximal untere Mittelklasse. Und das ist sehr großzügig formuliert. Ich könnte dies noch bis ins Unendliche ausführen, ich denke jedoch, mein Standpunkt ist klar. Das BIT erinnert an eine Art "Übungsfirma", in der alle so tun, als hätten sie Ahnung von dem, was sie da jeden Tag veranstalten. In der Theorie witzig. In der Praxis bitter. Sollten Sie eine solide Ausbildung/Weiterbildung suchen, suchen Sie bitte weiter. Sie sparen sich sehr viel Frust. The experience I had with this company was bad enough that I set up a Google account especially for this. It is worth my while to expressly warn others! Every single facet of this company is a total disaster. Here are just a few key points: Organization: All courses, divisions, etc. are administered by a team that has just started their professional life and has no idea of structure and foresight. And you notice that too. Very clearly. The course participants can then pay for the permanent mistakes. If you do not meet the conditions created (by failure of the BIT mind you!) - your own fault. Unprofessional. Humanity / individuality: ... completely absent here. From head to toe. Until the contract is signed, one is led to believe that a world does not exist. Nobody is taken into account here. Nobody. Not to mention personal insults and the repeated, definitely deliberate exposure of participants. Quality: The speakers, although always trying hard, sometimes (and in my opinion that is definitely too often) deal with dangerous partial knowledge and simply outdated information. Processes change. We don't live in a static world. The premises, as well as the equipment of the building are at most lower middle class. And that is formulated very generously. I could go on and on about this, but I think my point is clear. The FOITT is reminiscent of a kind of "practice firm" in which everyone pretends to have an idea of what they are doing every day. Funny in theory. Bitter in practice. If you are looking for solid training / further education, please keep looking. You save yourself a lot of frustration.

Von Betreuung und Training keine Rede, die Trainer sind grottenschlecht, keinen Dunst, glauben aber, sie haben den Durchblick, haben auch noch Spaß daran Teilnehmer runter zu putzen. Finally I have the club behind me! There is no talk of support and training, the trainers are terribly bad, no mistake, but believe that they have the perspective, they also have fun cleaning participants down.

Wer die meiste Zeit anwesend ist, konsequent lernt und sich auch Fragen traut, wird es schaffen. Viel Erfolg! Great evening school, have all four subjects in a year made and must say that I was well supported. Who is present most of the time, consistently learns and also dares to ask questions, will make it. L	Linda Steiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich persönlich kann die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. hab schon mehrere Kurse beim bit gemacht und war sehr zufrieden. Hatte tolle trainer und auch die Organisation hat gut geklappt. Bei unseren Kursen wurden die Sicherheitsauflagen für Corona streng eingehalten. Personally, I can't understand the bad reviews. have already taken several courses at bit and was very satisfied. Had great trainers and the organization worked well. The security requirements for Corona were strictly observed in our courses.

In den Seminarräume muss man keinen mundschutz tragen, da darauf geachtet wird, daß jeder eine eigenen Platz hat und der Abstand gewahrt wird. Alles top Well organized. Clean. Well-kept premises. You do not have to wear a mouthguard in the seminar rooms, as it is ensured that everyone has their own space and that the distance is maintained. Everything perfect
