P	Pascal Zotto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr gutes Essen (eigentlich 5 Sterne), aber leider war die Bedienung (2 Kellnerinnen + 1 Küchenkraft, die ab und an auch mit serviert hat) heute zur Mittagszeit zwar sehr freundlich, aber leider auch recht überfordert und entsprechend langsam beim Betreuen der paar Gästen (ich habe selber genug Kellnererfahrung auf Hochzeiten und Kommunionen, wobei 1 Kellner für 30 - 40 Gäste zuständig war). Beim Koll haben zu 2 bis 2,5 Kellnerinnen nicht mal ansatzweise soviel geschafft. Bis die Getränke serviert wurden, dauerte es mal gut 10 Minuten nach der Bestellung, wenn nicht sogar länger und das bei sehr heißem und schwülem Wetter!!! Das Essen hat auch gedauert und dann wurden noch Bestellungswünsche vergessen bzw. vertauscht: 1 von 2 Pizzen schneiden: die falsche wurde geschnitten. 2 von 3 Sodazitron wurden mit viel Zitrone bestellt, nur eines entsprechend serviert. Beim Servieren haben wir ein zusätzliches Ketchup bestellt, dieses wurde nie gebracht; das mussten wir dann selbst am Tresen noch mal urgieren und abholen. Beim Koll-Burger wurde das Spiegelei recht durch bestellt (beidseitig gebraten), wurde normal serviert. Ging entsprechend nochmal retour. Eine gute Stunde später kam dann noch eine 3. Kellnerin dazu, das hat die Situation aber leider auch nicht wirklich entspannt. Es wurde trotzdem nicht schneller serviert. Nach dem Essen sind wir noch min. 20 Minuten dort gesessen, es hat sich einer darum bemüht den Tisch abzuräumen, obwohl klar ersichtlich war, dass wir schon längst alle fertig waren. Eine Nachfrage, ob wir noch etwas trinken möchten, hat es auch zu keinem Zeitpunkt gegeben. Und wir haben auch mitbekommen, dass andere Gäste mehrfach den Kellnerinnen hinterher laufen mussten, um serviert zu werden oder die Rechnung zu bekommen. Bei den Rechnungen sind min. 2 Familien dann entnervt selbst zum Tresen gegangen, um zu zahlen. Das Eis als Nachspeise habe wir dann entsprechend bei der Konkurrenz zu uns genommen, nicht dass das Eis noch schmilzt bevor es am Tisch ankommt. Der Service war schon mal viel besser beim Koll. Wir werden in Zukunft wohl länger nicht mehr beim Koll essen, wenn wir die Familie in Kirchschlag besuchen. Very good food (actually 5 stars), but unfortunately the service (2 waitresses + 1 kitchen assistant who also served from time to time) was very friendly today at lunchtime, but unfortunately also quite overwhelmed and accordingly slow in looking after the few guests (I myself have enough waiter experience at weddings and communions, whereby 1 waiter was responsible for 30-40 guests). At the Koll, 2 to 2.5 waitresses didn't even begin to achieve that much. Until the drinks were served, it took a good 10 minutes after ordering, if not longer, and that in very hot and humid weather! The food took a long time and then order requests were forgotten or exchanged: 1 of 2 pizzas cut: the wrong one was cut. 2 of 3 Sodazitron were ordered with a lot of lemon, only one served accordingly. When serving, we ordered an additional ketchup, this was never brought; We then had to urge and pick it up ourselves at the counter. With the Koll burger, the fried egg was ordered through (fried on both sides) and served normally. Went back accordingly. A good hour later a third waitress came in, but unfortunately that didn't really relax the situation. It was still not served any faster. After dinner we sat there for at least 20 minutes, someone tried to clear the table, although it was clear that we were all done long ago. At no point was there a question as to whether we would like to have another drink. And we also noticed that other guests had to run after the waitresses several times to be served or to get the bill. With the bills, at least 2 families went to the counter, exasperated, to pay. We then ate the ice cream as dessert from the competition, not that the ice cream melts before it arrives at the table. The service has already been much better at Koll. In the future, we will probably not eat at Koll for a long time when we visit the family in Kirchschlag.

The choice is fantastic, all types of food on menu all times great breakfast- evening meal, one of the best ice cream in the area and a choice of outstanding cakes good car parking in many car parks, outside tables through the back. Then take the super bead for home from bakery!
