Als mein Vater starb hat es allerdings "eine Ewigkeit" gedauert und vieler Kontakte bedurft, bis die Inschrift angebracht war. 2021 dürfte die Auftragslage ähnlich gut sein, da man nicht einmal mehr Die Zeit findet, Kundenanfragen zu beantworten.
My parents commissioned the burial site from the Bischof company. They had no cause for complaint. When my father died, however, it took "an eternity" and many contacts before the inscription was attached. In 2021, the order situation should be similarly good, as you won't even find the time to answer customer inquiries.
