I needed an electronic emergency service on Sunday, August 15th, 2020. A cable fire caused a power outage. Help worked out well.

I had problems with my stove and a constant short circuit, I didn't wait long and someone came by at 9 p.m. to fix it for me, today they brought me my new stove, it was very quick and uncomplicated , very friendly staff, I can only recommend it.

Herr Bis war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns mit dem Entwurf und unseren Überlegungen unterstützt und beraten und dann alles direkt umgesetzt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden uns auf jeden Fall wieder an ihn wenden, wenn wir Bedarf haben! Er war immer erreichbar und bei allen Terminen stets zuverlässig, pünktlich und sehr freundlich. We needed help with the light installation in our kitchen and with some connections and chandeliers in the rest of the apartment. Mr. Bis was very helpful and supported and advised us with the draft and our considerations and then implemented everything directly. We are very satisfied and will definitely contact him again if we need them! He was always available and always reliable, punctual and very friendly on all dates.
