Stunden später ein Supporttechniker zurückruft (wohlgemerkt, das Problem trat Dienstag 10:00 auf, ich bezahle diese Firma für den Support) und dieser original 1 Woche später vielleicht Zeit hat (mal sehen) dann rufst du Biricon. Schickst ein paar Fotos (von dem was alles nicht geht), telefonierst und zack, binnen 20 Minuten ist alles gut. Top Empfehlung! If you mess with an IT company for months, call at the official opening hours every fifteen minutes, because there is nothing left, 25! Hours later a support engineer calls back (mind you, the problem occurred Tuesday 10:00, I pay this company for support) and this original one week later maybe has time (let's see) then you call Biricon. Send a few photos (of what is not all right), telefonierst and zack, within 20 minutes everything is fine. Top recommendation!
