A very well run branch. Friendly staff, great service for gifts pack. Only the product range could be extended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIPA und Team super, Putzerei ein Scherz. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass ich einen Pullover, auf den Hundehaare sind, nun zum zweiten Mal ungereinigt retour bekomme, da die beauftragte Putzerei nicht fähig ist, diese vor dem Waschen zu entfernen. Der Chef der Putzerei meint, er würde damit die restliche Wäsche verunreinigen. Hallo, geht´s noch? Dafür gehe ich ja in eine Putzerei, weil ich nicht die Zeit und Lust habe es selbst zu tun. Wenn hier ein Fleck drinnen wäre, der nicht mehr rausgeht, würde ich dies verstehen. Aber ein lediglich verunreinigter Pulli? Mein Tipp als Unternehmensberater an die Geschäftsführung der REWE-Group: SUCHEN SIE SICH EINE NEUE UND FÄHIGERE PUTZEREI ALS SUBDIENSTLEISTER! Dr. Christian Jirik
BIPA and team great, cleaning a joke. I have never seen a sweater on which dog hair is, now for the second time get uncleaned back, as the commissioned blower is not able to remove them before washing. The head of the cleaning said he would contaminate the rest of the laundry. Hello, is it still possible? That's why I'm going to a blowroom, because I do not have the time and desire to do it myself. If there was a stain in here that did not go out, I would understand that. But a mere dirty sweater? My advice as a management consultant to the management of the REWE Group: SEEK A NEW, MORE SUITABLE PUTZEREI AS A SUB-SERVICE PROVIDER! Dr. Christian Jirik
