Wenn man sich bei bestimmten Sachen nicht auskennt, sollte man wenigstens nicht so tun als ob, wenn es in anderen Filialen problemlos klappt. The blonde employee at the cash desk was very cheeky, overwhelmed and arrogant. If you are not familiar with certain things, you should at least not pretend that it works in other branches without any problems.
