Inmiddels doet de binnenkant van de winkel niet meer pijn aan de ogen, maar het filiaal in Hermagor is krap en volgestouwd met producten. Met een kinderwagen hoef je hier niet te komen. Het personeel is vriendelijk genoeg. Je kunt met pin betalen, tasjes om je spullen mee te nemen liggen aan de kant van de klant onder de toonbank. Geen ontsmettingsmiddel voorhanden, je hoeft geen mondkapje op. BIPA's slogan is: weil ich ein Mädchen bin. The outside of the store is very pink. The inside of the store no longer hurts the eyes, but the branch in Hermagor is cramped and crammed with products. You don't have to come here with a pram. The staff are friendly enough. You can pay with pin, bags to take your things with you are on the customer's side under the counter. No disinfectant available, you don't have to wear a mouth cap.
