★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNFREUNDLICHES PERSONAL!! Gestern kaufte ich ein elektrischen Rasierer. Heute wollte ich ihn zurückgeben weil er fasst garnicht rasiert. Mir wurde gesagt „glauben Sie etwa alles was in der Werbung Ihnen gezeigt wird?“ und wurde schadenfroh ausgelacht. Diese Filiale besuche ich nicht mehr.
UNFRIENDLY STAFF !! Yesterday I bought an electric razor. Today I wanted to return it because it doesn't shave at all. I was told "do you believe everything that is shown to you in the advertising?" And was laughed at gleefully. I no longer visit this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War heute das erste mal da einkaufen, da ich für meine Frau ein Parfüm in Wert von 100€ gekauft habe. Da ich mich als Mann, mit die Frauen Düfte nicht so gut auskenne habe ich mich von den Personal beraten lassen und der Dame im Internet gezeigt welches ich haben will. Nur die Dame war alles andere als freundlich, und noch dazu das falsche Produkt verkauft was zufällig den selben Preis hatte. Richtig schade das man nicht Sachgerecht beraten wird, und das bei so ein großen Konzern.

I went shopping for the first time today because I bought a perfume worth 100 € for my wife. As a man, I am not very familiar with women's fragrances, I took advice from the staff and showed the lady on the Internet which one I want. Only the lady was anything but friendly, and she also sold the wrong product, which happened to be the same price. It's really a shame that you are not advised properly, and that with such a large corporation.
