A	Andi Kisbogár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine Ahnung was los ist. Aber Bipa sollte mal Ihren Angestellten einen Lehrgang in Kundenumgang geben. Auf die frage nach einem Produkt kamm als erste Antwort " Was? " Nach Wiederholung dieser frage kamm die Aussage mit Aroganten Ton , ob man denn kein Deutsch reden kann. Das eigentliche Problem war , das ich diese frage vielleicht zu leise gestellt habe. Aber sowas geht eigentlich garnich. Darüber sollte die Marktleitung sich mal Gedanken machen..Mfg eine Kundin I don't know what's going on. But Bipa should give your employees a training course in dealing with customers. When asked about a product, the first answer was "What?" After repeating this question, the message came up with an arrogant tone as to whether you couldn't speak German. The real problem was that I might have asked this question too quietly. But that is actually not possible. The market management should think about it .. Mfg a customer

J	Janine Jedinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grundsätzlich würde ich viel öfter gerne zu Bipa gehn... Jedoch meide ich dies so gut es geht, vor allem bei dieser Filiale. Die Verkäuferinnen dort sind anscheinend von Natur aus genervt und unzufrieden in ihrem Job. Grüßen muss man als Kunde grundsätzlich als Erstes und wehe man druckt Bilder aus und der Automat spinnt und man muss Personal rufen... Dann muss man Angst haben nicht noch angemotzt zu werden... Nicht alle, aber die meisten. Echt schade darum... Dann bleib ich doch bei DM oder auch die Bipa Filiale im Sep. Dort wird man toll beraten und die Verkäuferinnen sind super nett und motiviert. Basically I would like to go to Bipa much more often ... However, I avoid this as much as possible, especially at this branch. Apparently, the shop assistants there are naturally annoyed and dissatisfied with their jobs. As a customer, you have to say hello first, and woe betide you print out pictures and the machine goes crazy and you have to call staff ... Then you have to be afraid not to be pissed off ... Not all but most. It's a shame ... Then I'll stay with DM or the Bipa branch in Sep. There you get great advice and the shop assistants are super nice and motivated.
