Ich Ging an die Kassa zum zahlen die Mitarbeiterin war Freundlich Hab meine JÖ App benutzt wollte einen 4fach Gutschein einlösen nachdem scannen sagt die Mitarbeiterin zu mir das ich zuwenig Punkte habe in einzulösen. Ich hab auf der Rechnung gesehen das ich die 4fachpunkte hatte. Aber meiner Meinung sollte man die Mitarbeiter drauf schulen wie die Karten/ App funktionieren das sie auch eine Hilfe für die Kunden sind insbesonders da es irreführend ist.

I went to BIPA this morning. I went to the cash desk to pay the employee was friendly I used my JÖ app wanted to redeem a 4-fold voucher after scanning the employee says to me that I don't have enough points to redeem. I saw on the bill that I had the 4-fold points. But in my opinion you should train the employees on how the cards / app work so that they are also a help for the customers, especially since it is misleading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das ist echt das schlimmste wenn die Preise nicht passen. Zwei verschieden Preise deklariert und natürlich mussten wir den teueren Preis Zahlen,weil der Computer so Programmiert wurde. Dann sagt noch mal das alles ist in Ordnung.
That's really the worst when the prices don't match. Two different prices declared and of course we had to pay the expensive price because the computer was programmed that way. Then say again that everything is fine.
