★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wundere mich sehr, dass ausgerechnet ein Betrieb, der Hygieneartikel verkauft, in coronazeiten am Eingang des Geschäfts absolut KEINE Desinfektionsmittel für Einkaufswagen zur Verfügung stellt ! Denken sie nicht an ihre Kunden, die letztlich in ihrem Geschäft Hygieneartikel kaufen!
I am very surprised that, of all things, a company that sells hygiene products does NOT provide disinfectants for shopping trolleys at corona times at the entrance to the store! Do not think of your customers who ultimately buy hygiene products in your shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 30.12. wünscht die Kassiererin einer jungen Dame vor mir freundlich ein gutes Neues Jahr, mir nicht. Warum? Ich werde die nächsten paar Tausender sicher nicht in dieses Geschäft tragen. Kundenbindung geht eigentlich ganz einfach - z. B. mit einem freundlichen Wort, das man ausspricht, oder eben nicht!
On December 30th The cashier kindly wishes a young lady in front of me a Happy New Year, not me. Why? I certainly won't be carrying the next few thousand into this business. Customer loyalty is actually very easy - e.g. B. with a friendly word that you say or not!
