Bemerkenswert ist der Biberbestand in diesem Biotop - und was besonders erfreulich ist, man lässt ihn gewähren?? Ein schöner Rundweg entlang des oberen Randes vom Auffangbecken bieten einen wunderbaren Überblick über das gesamte Gelände. Der Weg ist leicht begehbar, dauert ca. 1 Stunde und sollte auch mit einem 4x4-Kinderwagen (?) ohne Probleme befahrbar sein. Für mich echt sehenswert!
Designed as a retention basin for extreme floods, its generous area offers nature a variety of niches for reed-loving birds, marsh harriers and the like.
The beaver population in this biotope is remarkable - and what is particularly pleasing is that you let them go A beautiful circular path along the upper edge of the catch basin offers a wonderful overview of the entire area. The path is easy to walk, takes about 1 hour and should also be passable with a 4x4 stroller (?) without any problems. Really worth seeing for me!
