Ich hatte ein Beratungsgespräch dort, bei dem ich dem Mitarbeiter erklärte, dass die Lieferung des Lehms über das benachbarte UNBEBAUTE Grundstück (Wiese natürlich, was sonst!) erfolgen müsse. Der Berater hörte mir offenbar nicht wirklich zu, denn die Lieferung kam das erste Mal nach einem langen und starken Regen!! Der LKW musste unverrichteter Dinge wieder abfahren, sonst wäre er im Boden (regennasse Wiese) versunken. Das zweite Mal klappte die Lieferung bei trockenem Wetter. Aber ich musste einen großen Teil der ersten Lieferung bezahlen. Ich sehe überhaupt nicht ein, warum ich die erst Lieferung oder auch nur einen Teil davon bezahlen soll!! Der Berater meinte nur: Aussage gegen Aussage. Meiner Ansicht nach ein sehr schlechtes Kundenservice!!! Unfortunately my experiences with Biotop are not so good. I had a consultation there where I explained to the employee that the delivery of the clay on the adjacent UNBUILT land (meadow, of course, what else!) Must be made. The adviser did not really seem to listen to me, because the delivery came the first time after a long and heavy rain !! The truck had to leave without doing anything, otherwise it would have sunk into the ground (rain-wet meadow). The second time the delivery worked in dry weather. But I had to pay a big part of the first delivery. I do not even see why I should pay the first delivery or even a part of it !! The adviser meant only: statement against statement. In my opinion a very bad customer service !!!
