Somit habe ich eine neue bestellt und wollte die alte reklamieren und über Garantie laufen lassen. Leider steht in den AGBs die ich natürlich nicht gelesen habe, dass auf Lambdasonde nur 6 Monate Garantie ist. Also habe ich die neue Lambdasonde an Biotech wieder zurückgeschickt. Versand habe ich bezahlt. Jetzt bekomme ich einen Betrag über 50 € in Rechnung gestellt. BEARBEITUNGSGEBÜHR. Und das bei 14 Tage Rückgaberecht. Das nenne ich kundenfreundlich.
