Beim ersten Termin hatte ich Probleme einen Parkplatz zu finden - inzwischen habe ich die Parkgarage gegenüber entdeckt (sogar mit 2 Std. gratis parken) ;-) Thanks to the Institute for Biodiagnostic, I can now live very well with my severe nut allergy. Damals hatte ich immer Sodbrennen und dachte ich muss mein ganzes Leben damit klarkommen... es war der Horror. Schulmedizin konnte nicht mehr, als die Symptome zu diagnostizieren. Schon damals habe ich immer wieder gesagt, bald höre ich auf zu rauchen, aber ich habe es einfach nicht geschafft. Nach dem ich große Erfolge mit der Nahrungsmittelaustestung gemacht habe, beschloss ich im Sommer 2020, mich der Raucherentwöhnung zu unterziehen. Im Kopf wollte ich schon lange aufhören, aber irgendeine Ausrede habe ich immer wieder gefunden. Ich bin ohne Erwartungen in die Sitzung hinein gegangen, und bin als RAUCHFREIE Person aus der Sitzung gegangen ?. Rückblickend frage ich mich: „Warum habe ich mich nicht früher dazu entschlossen“?
