M	Manuela Netocny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Piano Ranch ist ein sehr Familien freundlicher Reitbetrieb. Die Atmosphäre und sowohl der Umgang mit Mensch und Tier ist exellent. Die Reitcamps sind gut organisiert und bieten Abwechslung. Es wird auch zum Wohle der Pferde darauf geachtet dass sie nicht den ganzen Tag im Einsatz sind. Meine Kinder und ich besuchen den Stall immer wieder gerne. The Piano Ranch is a very family friendly riding company. The atmosphere and the handling of humans and animals is exellent. The riding camps are well organized and offer variety. It is also made for the benefit of the horses that they are not in use all day long. My children and I like to visit the stable again and again.
P	Petra Pfaller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben unsere Tochter für eine Woche Reitcamp angemeldet (Ankunft Sonntag 16:00 – Abreise Freitag 12:00 Preis 330,-). Gleich nach Ankunft wurde recht schnell klar, dass es komplett an Organisation fehlt. 4 Kinder schlafen in einem kleinen Zimmer, die restlichen Kinder schlafen in einer ex Garage, teilweise auf Matratzen die einfach am Boden liegen. Für die gesamte Gruppe gibt es ein winziges Bad. Schränke sind nicht vorhanden, weshalb die Kinder aus dem Koffer leben müssen. Die Unterkünfte waren sehr, sehr schmutzig (unter dem Bett meiner Tochter lag Zentimeter hoch Staub und Abfall). Die Mahlzeiten bestanden aus Buchstabensuppe, Toast, Würstel, … „Bio“ gibt es scheinbar nur für die Pferde. Meine Tochter hat bis Donnerstag durchgehalten. Viele Mädchen wurde schon früher wieder abgeholt. Abgesehen von den Kosten finde ich es sehr schade, dass man den Kindern die Freude verdirbt. Tamara, der Chefin würde ich raten das Reitcamp bessere zu organisieren und sich Hilfe für Kochen, Putzen und die angebotenen Nebenbeschäftigungen (Turnen, Basteln, usw) zu besorgen. Das müsste bei dem Preis schon drinnen sein und hätten wir uns eigentlich erwartet. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Reitcamp absolut nicht empfehlen. Schade! We registered our daughter for a week riding camp (arrival Sunday 16:00 - departure Friday 12:00 price 330, -). Right after arrival, it quickly became clear that there was no organization at all. 4 children sleep in a small room, the rest of the children sleep in an ex garage, some on mattresses just lying on the floor. There is a tiny bath for the whole group. Cabinets are not available, which is why the children have to live out of the suitcase. The accommodations were very, very dirty (under the bed of my daughter was inches high dust and garbage). The meals consisted of alphabet soup, toast, sausages, ... "Organic" seems to exist only for the horses. My daughter has stayed until Thursday. Many girls have been picked up earlier. Apart from the costs, I find it a great pity that one spoils the joy of the children. Tamara, the boss I would advise the riding camp to organize better and get help for cooking, cleaning and the offered sidelines (gymnastics, handicrafts, etc). That would have to be in the price already inside and we would have actually expected. Overall, I absolutely can not recommend this equestrian camp. Pity!
K	Karin Kloiber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für meinen Vater zum Geburtstag hatten wir per Mail einen Ausritt gebucht, den Termin fixiert und bestätigt gekommen. Wir sind extra ins Waldviertel gefahren um dort von Tamara zu hören, dass sie aus gesundheitlichen Gründen den Ausritt nicht durchführen kann und uns nicht absagen konnte, da sie die Mails nicht mehr gefunden hat. War ne schöne Enttäuschung! Man sollte keine Termine per Mail ausmachen, wenn man nicht fähig ist diese auch wahrzunehmen! Wirklich miese Organisation! Kein Stern stand leider nicht zur Auswahl. For my father's birthday we had booked a ride by mail, fixed the appointment and confirmed come. We drove extra to the Waldviertel to hear from Tamara that she could not make the ride for health reasons and could not cancel us because she did not find the mails. Was a nice disappointment! One should make no appointments by mail, if one is not able to perceive these too! Really bad organization! Unfortunately, no star was not available.
