E	Erik J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hab jetzt schon mehrere Male bei Bioigel bestellt und bin mittlerweile ein großer Fan davon. Die Lieferungen sind immer wieder ein Highlight für mich und ich freue mich wie ein kleines Kind auf die Lieferung, die nach der Arbeit vor der Wohnungstür auf mich wartet. Die Äpfel sind ein Traum, der Petersil nach 4 Tagen noch frisch wie am ersten Tag, der Kren hat noch ein bisschen Erde drauf und schmeckt so unglaublich frisch - so was hab' ich im Supermarkt noch nicht bekommen. Zur Lieferung noch: Auch wenn es mich am Anfang ein bisschen geärgert hat, dass Pfandkisten verwendet werden - mittlerweile find' ichs super. Kein unnötiger Müll, das Kistl wartet unter der Küchenbank und am Liefertag wird's dann vor die Tür gestellt und gegen ein volles ausgetauscht. Vor kurzem habe ich bei einem ähnlichen Anbieter einige Produkte bestellt - die Lieferung war hier in verschlossenen Kartons, die Ware dürfte schon lang da drin gelegen haben, die Lieferung war um 10:30 Uhr abend. Naja, auf die nächste Bioigel Lieferung habe ich mich dann umso mehr gefreut :) Das Angebot könnte manchmal etwas größer sein (v.a. Winter), da könnte ich mir auch saisonal + regional eine größere Auswahl vorstellen, aber damit kann ich gut leben bzw. kann ich mir vorstellen, dass hier vielleicht auch noch mehr kommt mit einem größeren Kundenstamm etc. Danke Bioigel, man merkt ihr macht das mit Liebe! I have ordered from Bioigel several times now and am now a big fan of it. The deliveries are always a highlight for me and I am looking forward to the delivery like a small child, which is waiting for me after work in front of the apartment door. The apples are to die for, the parsley is still fresh after 4 days as on the first day, the horseradish still has a bit of soil on it and tastes so incredibly fresh - I haven't got anything like that in the supermarket yet. To the delivery: Even if it initially annoyed me a little that deposit boxes are used - now I think it's great. No unnecessary garbage, the Kistl is waiting under the kitchen bench and on the day of delivery it will be placed in front of the door and exchanged for a full one. I recently ordered some products from a similar supplier - the delivery was in closed boxes, the goods should have been in there for a long time, the delivery was at 10:30 in the evening. Well, I was really looking forward to the next bioigel delivery :) The offer could sometimes be a little bigger (especially winter), because I could also imagine a larger selection seasonally + regionally, but I can live with that or I can imagine that maybe even more will come with a larger customer base etc . Thanks Bioigel, you can tell you do it with love!
E	Eva Moravek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lieferung okay, aber in einer gemischten Gemüse-Obstkiste um 17,90 mit Gemüse der Saison befanden sich 1 kg Äpfel, 1 kg Kartoffeln, 2 Bund Radieschen, eine Stange Porree, 0,3 kg weiße Bohnen, 1 Bund Petersilie u 1Stk.Salat. Weder Karotten, gelbe Rüben od. Sellerie, die für mich als Saisongemüse selbstverständlich gewesen wären. Der Preis für diese Obst-Gemüsekiste ist viel zu hoch. Von uns extra dazu bestellte Zwiebeln waren zum Teil bereits ausgewachsen, weich u wurden von uns entsorgt. Alles in allem waren wir sehr enttäuscht. So gewinnt man keine Kunden, bio hin oder her. Delivery okay, but in a mixed vegetable fruit box at 17.90 with seasonal vegetables were 1 kg of apples, 1 kg of potatoes, 2 bunches of radishes, a stick of leek, 0.3 kg of white beans, 1 bunches of parsley and 1 pc of salad . Neither carrots, yellow beets or celery that would have been a matter of course for me as a seasonal vegetable. The price of this fruit and vegetable crate is far too high. Onions that we ordered specially for this were already fully grown, soft and were disposed of by us. All in all, we were very disappointed. So you won’t win customers, organic or not.

Obst sind ein paar Äpfel drinnen die sehr verhungert ausschauen. Eine einzige Jungzwiebel war vorhanden und die war faul. Eine Zumutung eine Frechheit. Gerade in diesen Zeiten (Corona) sind die Leute froh eine Hauslieferung zu bekommen. Aber ich erwarte mir eine gute Qualität um diesen Preis. Beim Billa und Hofer bekomme ich eine tolle Qualität. Einmal und NIE WIEDER. I have just received 2 boxes. I have to say a rip for this price. There are only beets and carrots inside. Fruit are a few apples inside that look very starved. There was only one spring onion and it was rotten. An impertinence a cheek. Especially in these times (Corona) people are happy to receive a home delivery. But I expect good quality at this price. I get great quality from Billa and Hofer. Once and never again.

Das Obst und Gemüse hatte zwar eine durchaus gute Qualität aber der Preis für die Gemüsekiste ist absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Bestellt hatte ich eine Obst-Gemüse Kiste für 17,90€ und diese war bestückt mit 4 Äpfeln, 4 Champignons, 5 Karotten, 4 Zwiebeln und jeweils 100g Babyspinat und Winterportulak. Da Obst und Gemüse für mich zu meinen Hauptnahrungsmitteln gehört hat die Kiste für 2 Personen grade mal 2 Tage gehalten, wobei laut Website dieses Kistl für eine Woche bei einer 4 köpfigen Familie ausreichen sollte. Leider muss ich von weiteren Bestellungen absehen. Gerne hätte ich als Student genau so meinen Beitrag zu regionalem Obst und Gemüse beigetragen, werde aber jetzt lieber bei den Bauern vor Ort meine Einkäufe erledigen. Good customer service and delivery works very well. However, I am unfortunately very disappointed with the price-performance ratio. The fruit and vegetables were of good quality, but the price of the vegetable crate is absolutely not justified. I ordered a fruit and vegetable crate for € 17.90 and it was equipped with 4 apples, 4 mushrooms, 5 carrots, 4 onions and 100g baby spinach and winter purslane. Because fruit and vegetables are my main food for me, the box lasted only 2 days for 2 people. According to the website, this box should last for a week with a family of 4. Unfortunately I have to refrain from further orders. As a student, I would have loved to make my contribution to regional fruit and vegetables, but now I would rather do my shopping at the local farmers.
