★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The logistics center staff are arrogant and have senseless reasons not to be able to carry the shipment. They prolong the delivery time of the shipment several days to weeks. I do not recommend anyone.

Only bad thing was is that it took 10 hours for the 2 of us to build it up but the quality and end result compensated us for every minute we spent. It is good to see that there are companies who can produce quality. Well done Biohort! Only negative was that the delivery took more time then promised by the seller in NL but at the end they settled all issues and we received the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a Biohort Leisure Box through Bauhaus' Swedish web site. The delivery time was a copule of weeks, as specified, but I actually believe we received it ahead of time. It was delivered right to our door, very conveniently. Assembling the box did take an hour or so. But the quality and sturdiness is astounding; the box will last for many years.

The typically Austrian commitment to high quality and the clever design of the system is very impressive. These really are fantastic and Biohort is a lovely company to deal with to boot.
