Die von den Erdbeeren gekochte Marmelade ist dunkelrot und die Farbe hält sich bis ins neue Jahr hinein. The strawberries are very good and sweet compared to other strawberry fields. The jam cooked by the strawberries is dark red and the color persists into the new year.

Uns haben nicht nur die leckeren voll süßen Erdbeeren geschmeckt - auch für die Kinder war es dort ein kleines Erlebnis. Unser Kleiner war kaum mehr weg zu kriegen vom aufgebauten Spielzeug (kleiner Holzzug, Dino,...) am Feldrand. Wir hatten das Wetter beim Pflücken ebenfalls auf unserer Seite und konnten wir auf dem Feld auch die Natur in vollen Zügen genießen. Den Tag ließen wir dann zu Hause mit einer süßen Erdbeersoße zum Eis ausklingen...hmmm...Wir werden auch dieses Jahr ganz bestimmt wieder zum Biohof Jehle fahren. It was my first time at the Jehlehof with my family in early June and we were thrilled. Not only did we enjoy the delicious full of sweet strawberries - it was also a little experience for the children. Our little one could hardly be got away from the assembled toy (small wooden train, dino, ...) at the field edge. We also had the weather on our side when picking and we were able to enjoy nature to the fullest on the field. We then ended the day with a sweet strawberry sauce at home with the ice cream ... hmmm ... We will definitely go to the organic farm Jehle again this year.
