★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfekt. So eine nette Chefin. Wie wenn man sich schon jahrelang kennen würde. Herrliches Dinkelgebäck. Das Bauernbrot mit Dinkel und Sauerteig himmlisch. Einen vollen Geschmack saftig und dezent gewürzt. Eine wunderschöne gleichmäßige Porung und eine nicht zu feste Kruste. Dezent gewürzt und einen vollen nachhaltigen Geschmack. Viel Kleingebäck und Süße Teilchen. Die Kartoffen auch aus dem Biohof. Es gibt auch hausgemachte Mehle und Tolle Nudeln. Ein etwas verstecktes Kleinod, aber die Suche danach ist es mehr als wert.
Perfect. Such a nice boss. As if you had known each other for years. Wonderful spelled pastry. The farmhouse bread with spelled and sourdough is heavenly. A full taste, juicy and subtly seasoned. A wonderfully even pore and a crust that is not too firm. Subtly seasoned and a full, lasting taste. Lots of small pastries and sweets. The potatoes also from the organic farm. There are also homemade flours and great pasta. A somewhat hidden gem, but well worth the search.
