★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total mieser Arbeitgeber. Wenn man hier gemobbt wird gibt es keinen Schutz . Die Fürsorgepflicht gegenüber dem Arbeitnehmer endet mit der Kündigung des gemobbten Mitarbeiters. Vorsicht ist hier geboten, wenn man als Reinigungskraft eingestellt wird. Die Kollegin mit Migrationshintergrund ist geistig abnorm.
Total lousy employer. If you're bullied here, there's no protection. The duty of care towards the employee ends with the termination of the bullied employee. Caution is advised here if you are hired as a cleaner. The colleague with a migration background is mentally abnormal.
