★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best delivery service which brings delicious bio (!) food in a very decent price! Best choice in Vienna for healthy food. Sick an tired of others delivery services, which always ends with belly aches and fullness on stomach. Keep going this way Bio Frische!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered food from there today orangentomaten soup which i actually used to buy and like but instead i got spoiled stinky soup with small pieces of noodles which not meant to be there, and really strange taste, as a result i got food poisoning, so please don't buy here if you value your health! you never know from what they cook it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been a regular customer since about 1-2 years without any complaints so far. But today me and my girlfriend ordered a vegan thali and acutally received it with cheese and butter in some of the dishes.
We called them to get a our money back since it wasn't what we ordered and we had to make 3 phone calls with them plus had to bargain our way up from 7€ to 12€ and finally 17,50€ which was the actual price of the dish. We are very disappointed with the customer service of biofrische.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm quite happy with the taste they provide...but what is going on with the salads?...do we have to do them ourselves?
Greek salat is basically Vorgelsalat with olives and a non salty cheese...why is it named greek salat? :D
Second time I ordered the mixed salat with basilikum dressing.
I got the veggies crammed up into a box (next time please ..please....at least wash the veggies...or lower the price)..also the dressing was something else.
