UND! es gibt auch das sehr gute Josefsbrot!!!! Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und die Betreuung persönlich. Immer wieder gerne ??? Bio Fiedler became DENN'S.... I still love going there! Large offer in the most different price levels. AND! there is also the very good Josefsbrot!!!! The staff is really friendly and the care is personal. Always happy ???

Ich mag die Einrichtung, es ist nie sehr laut, die Salatvariationen an der Salatbar sind ausgezeichnet und da Frühstück erstklassig und ausreichend. Sonderwünsche werden erfüllt, Kinder sind auch willkommen und natürlich alles Bio, vegetarisch oder halt auch vegan erhältlich. Die Preise sind halt auch entsprechend über Durchschnitt, deswegen der Stern Abzug. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. I like to have breakfast there and I am always completely satisfied. I like the decor, it is never very noisy, the salad variations at the salad bar are excellent and the breakfast is first class and sufficient. Special requests are fulfilled, children are also welcome and of course everything organic, vegetarian or even vegan is available. The prices are just above average, that's why the star deduction. The service very friendly.

Mittagessen wird nur noch vom Catere angeboten, allerdings kann ich die Qualität nicht beurteilen, da ich noch nicht probiert habe. Café und Kuchen werden selbst zubereitet und sind einwandfrei! Unfortunately, since the new takeover no longer the same, both assortment and pricing policy have suffered. Lunch is only offered by the Catere, but I can not judge the quality, as I have not tried. Café and cakes are homemade and are impeccable!

Leider ist die Obst & Gemüseauswahl in den meisten Fällen fast vollständig unbrauchbar (Alte Ware, viele Fliegen, schlechte Qualität & fast alles Import [!!!]). Sollte eigentlich DER Bio Frischmarkt in der Stadt sein, ist es aber leider aufgrund seines schlechten Sortiments nicht. Frische Sachen sehr wenig, meiste ein/abgepackte Ware anderer Produzenten (zusätzlich ein paar Produkte der Eigenmarke). Aber preislich dennoch im sehr gehobenen Bereich. Das restliche Sortiment ist OK - Leider VIEL ZU VIEL Plastik (!!!) und Verpackungsmüll!!! - bei manchen Dingen versteht und akzeptiert man das (noch) , dennoch gibt es mittlerweile viiiiele Alternativen (Holzfasern etc!). Einen extra ⭐ gibts für die deutliche Kennzeichnung und Ausschilderung im Markt, steht bei jedem einzelnen Produkt angeschrieben, wenn es Vegetarisch ? oder Vegan ? ist. Hoffe auf ein bisschen mehr Vorreiterrolle, mehr regionale und frische Sachen, mehr Alternativverpackungen, größerer gefächertes Sortiment, eventuell einen Bauernmarkt am Wochenende (Parkplatz davor wäre groß genug, träumen darf man...) Gehe dennoch fast wöchentlich hin, da einige Produkte nur dort zu finden sind (Plastikfreies Klopapier, vegane Kosmetik etc). Ist aber immer nur ein "Aja zum Denns muss ich auch noch, weil mir fehlen 2-3 Sachen". Kein "Haupteinfsort". Müsst euch ein wenig mehr von der Masse der Konkurrenz abheben und bisschen mehr wagen, dann kommen auch die Leute. Ganz besonders heutzutage, wo jeder Trend und jede Prognostik ganz deutlich pflanzliche Ernährung und umweltbewusstes Einkaufen im Steigen zeigt. Has a good selection and easy navigation for vegans (see "signs" below). Unfortunately, the selection of fruits and vegetables is almost completely useless in most cases (old goods, lots of flies, poor quality & almost everything is imported [!!!]). Should actually be THE organic fresh market in town, but unfortunately it is not due to its poor assortment. Very few fresh things, mostly packaged / packaged goods from other producers (plus a few own brand products). But still in the very upscale range in terms of price. The rest of the range is OK - unfortunately, MUCH TOO MUCH plastic (!!!) and packaging waste !!! - With some things one understands and accepts that (still), nevertheless there are now many alternatives (wood fibers etc!). There is an extra ⭐ for clear labeling and signage in the store, which is written on every single product if it is vegetarian ? or vegan ?. Hope for a little more pioneering role, more regional and fresh things, more alternative packaging, a larger range of products, possibly a farmers' market on the weekend (parking lot in front of it would be big enough, you can dream ...) I still go there almost weekly, as some products can only be found there (plastic-free toilet paper, vegan cosmetics, etc.). But it's always just an "Aja zum Denns, I also have to because I'm missing 2-3 things". No "main entry point". If you have to stand out a little more from the crowd and dare a little more, then the people will come too. Especially nowadays, when every trend and every prognosis clearly shows a plant-based diet and environmentally conscious shopping on the rise.

Hoffe das Personal bleibt so, nicht wie bei anderen Geschäften alle paar Monate ein wechsel. Produkte sind ok, könnten jedoch mehr Auswahl bei der Tiefkühl haben. LG Go there often - so far only positive experiences! Pleasant and quiet atmosphere, you can also tell from the friendly staff. Hope the staff stays that way, not a change every few months as with other businesses. Products are ok, but could have more choice when it comes to frozen foods. LG
