K	Katja Monnerjan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Wohnung "Ahorn" im Erdgeschoss ist wirklich wunderschön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Es gibt aber noch andere, nicht renovierte Wohnungen oben im Haus. Unsere Wohnung duftete nach Holz und war groß und hell, zum Glück kann man die Fußbodenheizung in allen Räumen individuell einstellen. Das einzige, was wir zu viert wirklich vermisst haben war ein Couchtisch und eine Leselampe am gemütlichen Sessel am Fenster. In der Küchenausstattung fehlen noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Teekanne, Auflaufformen, Brotkorb etc). Wir waren eine ganze Woche im "Ahorn" und haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter Werner ist stets zur Stelle und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Brötchenservice funktioniert super und unkompliziert. Die Liftstation mit Depot für Skier ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar, sodass man das Auto kostenfrei am Biochalet stehen lassen kann. Skiraum im Haus hat beheizbare Ständer für Skischuhe, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Sauna ist auch super, leider war im Winter die Außendusche nicht aktiv. Wir kommen gerne wieder! The apartment "Ahorn" on the ground floor is really beautifully designed and furnished. But there are other, not renovated apartments up in the house. Our apartment smelled of wood and was big and bright, luckily you can adjust the floor heating in all rooms individually. The only thing that four of us really missed was a coffee table and a reading lamp on the comfortable armchair by the window. The kitchen equipment still lacks a few small things (teapot, baking dishes, bread basket, etc.). We were in the "Ahorn" for a whole week and really felt very comfortable. The landlord Werner is always on hand and very, very helpful. Bread service works great and uncomplicated. The lift station with storage for skis is very easy to reach on foot, so you can leave your car at the biochalet free of charge. Ski room in the house has heated stands for ski boots, washing machine and dryer. The sauna is also great, unfortunately the outdoor shower was not active in winter. We would love to come back!
C	Christina Holzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten einen echt schönen Aufenthalt dort. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und auch super eingerichtet. Im Haus selbst fühlt man sich echt wohl! Der Hausherr war auch immer sehr freundlich - ich würde auf jedenfall wieder dort hinfahren! Bei der An bzw Abreise konnten wir super flexibel sein, weil wir das Zimmer doch noch länger nutzen konnten. Nur weiter so :) We had a really nice stay there. The rooms are very clean and well furnished. You really feel good in the house! The host was always very friendly - I would definitely go there again! We were able to be super flexible on arrival and departure because we could use the room for longer. Keep it up :)

The apartment (and the entire chalet) are fully renovated (everything was done by the owner by himself!), designed with great taste and feel very welcoming. Everything was super clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make tasty breakfast and dinner. We also had access to washing machine to do our laundry and there is a room to store bikes safely. The chalet is located about 15 mins away from the city center by foot or 5 minutes by car. There is a big supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this chalet to anyone considering staying in this area.
