C	Christian Keber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bester Vollkorn & Bio Bäcker den ich kenne! Gesamtes Sortiment ist Vollkorn & Bio! Große Auswahl bei den Broten, teilweise saisonal wechselnde Brotsorten. Ich habe neulich das Rote Rüben (Rote Beete) Brot probiert, würzig, köstlich. :) Dass Nußstangenbrot kann ich für Reisen & Ausflüge empfehlen. Schmeckt gut, haltet lange, von dieser runden Stange schneidet man sich dann immer wieder gerne ein Radl (Scheibe) ab. Pur oder belegt, einfach praktisch und gut als Reisebegleiter. Für Freunde des Powidl (Zwetschgenmus) kann ich die Powidlgolatschen sehr empfehlen. Immer gut gefüllt. Immer das perfekte Verhältnis von Vollkornteig zu Powidl. Warme Snacks gibt es auch, wie zum Beispiel Spinattascherln, Lauchtascherln, Paradeisertascherln (Tomatentascherln). Das Nougatherz ist ein Gedicht zwischen zwei herzförmigen mürben Teigschichten und mundet in zweisamer Romantik natürlich am besten! :) Diese nicht zu süße schaumige Nougatcreme, immer wieder durchzogen von Marmelade (Konfitüre) und auf einer Seite mit einer dunklen Schokolade überzogen ist schon allein immer wieder ein Grund für einen Besuch beim Gradwohl. Dass ein Vollkornkrapfen schmecken könnte, auf diese Idee bin ich erst hier gekommen. Erstaunlich! Der Marillenkrapfen hat eine festere als von seinen Nicht-Vollkorn Geschwistern gewohnte Konsistenz und ist geschmacklich viel gehaltvoller als ein Krapfen der luftiger daher kommt. Ein Krapfen mit Biss. Seit dem find ich die luftigeren Geschwister aus hellem Teig eher als fad. Ich staune. Best whole grain & organic baker I know! Whole assortment is whole grain & organic! Large selection of breads, some of them seasonal bread types. I recently tried the beetroot bread, spicy, delicious. :) I can recommend the nut baguette for trips & trips. It tastes good, it lasts a long time, and you can always cut a wheel from this round stick. Pure or occupied, simply practical and good as a travel companion. For friends of the Powidl (plum jam) I can highly recommend the Powidl golf shoes. Always well filled. Always the perfect ratio of whole grain dough to Powidl. There are also warm snacks, such as spinach bags, leek bags, parade ice cream bags (tomato bags). The nougat heart is a poem between two heart-shaped crumbly layers of dough and, of course, tastes best in a two-way romance! :) This not too sweet foamy nougat cream, always interspersed with jam (jam) and covered with dark chocolate on one side, is always a reason to visit Gradwohl. I only came up with the idea that a whole grain donut could taste good. Amazing! The apricot donut has a firmer consistency than that of its non-wholegrain siblings and its taste is much more substantial than a donut that is more airy. A donut with a bite. Since then, I find the airier siblings made of light dough rather than bland. I'm amazed.

Persönlicher, freundlicher Service! Stammfiliale am Fleischmarkt! Supi! My organic wholemeal baker for 40 years! Some classics among the stick breads, Guglhupf and cakes, pastries that can be used as main courses! Personal, friendly service! Main branch at the meat market! Great!

Sie sind freundlich und man kann nett mit ihnen plaudern wenn nicht viel los ist. Der Kaffee ist gut. Nur beim Tee würde ich mir mehr Auswahl wünschen.Das Sortiment ist BIO groß und sieht verführerisch gut aus. Auf alle Fälle einen Einkauf wert.? I've only recently started going into this little branch though the employees know what I'm getting. They are friendly and nice to chat with when not busy. The coffee is good. I would only like to see more choice when it comes to tea; the range is BIO large and looks seductively good. Definitely worth a purchase

The quality of the food was excellent and is obviously popular as it was packed with locals even though I stopped by in off hours. It's always smart to follow the locals. I can certainly see why this one was full. A great stop at any of their locations I'm sure. This one in particular seems particularly good.
