Gestern jedoch- am 12.10.21 wurde mir nach meinem Einkauf bei Ihnen vorgeworfen, ich hätte Diebstahl beganngen. Ich habe bei Ihnen ein Himbeercroissaint gekauft, da ich nicht das gefunden habe was ich wollte. An der Kassa habe ich dann ganz normal bezahlt, habe mich herzlich verabschiedet und bin gegangen. Eine Mitarbeiterin von Ihnen ist mir dann von draußen entgegen gekommen, ich dachte mir nichts dabei und ging weiter. Plötzlich läuft mir ein zweiter Mitarbeiter hinterher und verlangt von mir, dass ich meine Tasche öffne, weil er der Meinung war ich hätte etwas gestohlen. Zitat: Zeigen Sie mir Ihre Tasche. > An der Kassa konnte man jedoch offentsichtlich erkennen, dass die Tasche leer war. Das hat mich verletzt, sehr verletzt. Sie haben mich in aller Öffentlichkleit bloßgestellt. Hätten Sie mich noch an der Kassa kontrolliert, wäre es eine andere Sache gewesen, aber nicht wenn ich bereits rund 20 Meter von Ihrem Geschäft entfernt bin. So ein verhalten ist äußerst respektlos und ich erwarte mir eine Entschuldigung dafür. Wir sind alles nur Menschen und Fehler sind völlig normal, wir irren uns mal das ist die normale Menschlichkeit, aber bloßstellen in der Öffentlichkeit geht nicht. Man kann alles in der Menge einkaufen wie man es braucht, wenn man das will. Es gibt auch verpackte Ware. Alles bio, versteht sich. Sehr freundliches Personal.
