★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin dort die Milch abholen,, trotz des eigenen Winterdienst, ist dieses Jahr der Anfahrtsweg zu Milchkammer teilweise überhaupt nicht geräumt u. gestreut,, 6:30,,, man muss sich um sein Leben bangen.......
I pick up the milk there, despite having our own winter service, this year the access road to the milk room is partly not cleared and strewn at all, 6:30 a.m., you have to fear for your life.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualität ist nicht mehr wie vor Jahren Knoblauchstangerl total trocken viel zu lange gebacken Teig richtig sperrig und kaum Knoblauchgeschmack und dann der Mürbteigosterhase mit Pariser Creme der Mürbteig auch viel zu lange gebacken und die Pariser Creme auch nicht gut wir waren sehr enttäuscht .
Quality is not like it was years ago Garlic sticks totally dry Baked way too long Dough really bulky and hardly any taste of garlic and then the short pastry Easter bunny with Parisian cream the short pastry was also baked way too long and the Parisian cream was not good either we were very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best organic bakery that I know, wonderful products and a heavenly country-side, Mr. Josef Eder and his family will conquer your hearts in no-time. Definitely worth a visit if you happen to be in lower Bavaria or upper Austria.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bread from this company is as good as any other I have tried in this area but the reason I choose to support the "Mauracher" bakery is because I took a tour of their facility and saw that they have their own Dairy Cows and I was so IMPRESSED with the great treatment of these cows! They get to walk around! They have big spinning brushes they can walk up to and get their backs scratched! They walk up to the milking machine any time they want to and if its not time the machine wont milk them and they walk off. I was so happy for these cows! I support the Mauracher bakery for this reason mainly and their bread is good too!
