Der Empfang bei Familie Willam war sehr herzlich und wir haben eine super spannende Führung durch die Ställe und Sennerei bekommen sowie einen tiefen Einblick in die artgerechte Tierhaltung erhalten, bei der das Tierwohl im Vordergrund steht. Auch der Bergkäse ist wirklich lecker! Wir haben uns im Hofladen direkt noch einiges mitgenommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! We stayed at the Willam family's apartment for a short holiday. The welcome from the Willam family was very warm and we got a super exciting tour of the stables and dairy as well as a deep insight into species-appropriate animal husbandry, where animal welfare is paramount. The mountain cheese is also really delicious! We picked up a few things from the farm shop. We'd love to come back!
J	Jürgen Jost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir möchten uns bei Larissa und Erwin für den liebevollen Hofbesuch bedanken. Wir haben einen schönen Einblick in das Hofleben bekommen. Begrüßt wurden wir neben den Hofbesitzern von Max und Moritz den zwei jungen Stieren ?. Wir durften die Sennküche mit Käsekeller besichtigen und den hervorragenden neuen Weichkäse probieren. Der neue Hofladen ist den Zweien sehr gut gelungen, angefangen beim Käse sowie hofeigenen Bio Fleisch und ein paar Produkten aus der Nachbarschaft werden ausnahmslos Bioprodukte angeboten. Am Abend grillten wir uns natürlich gleich ein hervorragendes Kotelett und genossen den Abend an der Feuerschale mit den Zweien. Wir wünschen Larissa und Erwin für ihr weiters neues Projekt viel Kraft, an Freude und Begeisterung fehlt es ihnen nicht. Bleibt zum Schluss - macht weiter so, ihr seid am richtigen Weg. Eunike und Jürgen We would like to thank Larissa and Erwin for the loving visit to the farm. We got a nice insight into farm life. We were greeted next to the farm owners by Max and Moritz the two young bulls ?. We were allowed to visit the dairy kitchen with cheese cellar and try the excellent new soft cheese. The two of them have done a very good job of the new farm shop, starting with the cheese as well as the farm's own organic meat and a few products from the neighborhood, all organic products are on offer. In the evening, of course, we grilled an excellent chop and enjoyed the evening by the fire bowl with the two of us. We wish Larissa and Erwin a lot of strength for their next new project, they are not lacking in joy and enthusiasm. Last but not least - keep it up, you are on the right track. Eunike and Jürgen

Ein schöner Hof, mit viel Liebe, Enthusiasmus und Bodenständigkeit für das Projekt "artgrechte Nutztierhaltung" geführt. Hier haben die Kühe noch Namen. Eigene Milchprodukte und andere regionale Leckereien im Hofladen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne kommen wir wieder. We were overwhelmed by the hospitality and helpfulness of Erwin and Larissa Willam. A beautiful farm, run with a lot of love, enthusiasm and down-to-earth attitude for the project "animal husbandry". Here the cows still have names. Own dairy products and other regional delicacies in the farm shop are highly recommended. We would be happy to come back.

Wir waren rein zufällig dort die Kälber kurz anzuschauen da wurden wir sehr herzlich eingeladen auf eine Hof und Stall rundführung, auch zeigte man uns den Hofladen mit den Hauseigenen Produkten, WIE und WO diese hergestellt werden! Das sie eine eigene Sennerrei haben und auch eigene Produkte herstellen! Unglaublich freundlich und nett als würde man sich schon ewig kennen =). Auch ist es möglich dank der Ferienwohnung dort ein paar Tage zu verweilen, den Hof und Umgebung genießen zu können... Einfach sich selbst überzeugen lassen.. Dankeschön für das tolle Gespräch! *** Very nice little farm shop with in-house products. We happened to be there to take a quick look at the calves, so we were cordially invited to a tour of the farm and stables, we were also shown the farm shop with its own products, HOW and WHERE they are made! That they have their own alpine dairy and also produce their own products! Incredibly friendly and nice as if you had known each other forever =). Thanks to the holiday home, it is also possible to stay there for a few days and enjoy the farm and surroundings... Just let yourself be convinced.. Thank you for the great conversation! ***

Das Betreiberpaar strahlt eine unglaubliche Herzlichkeit und Liebe für ihre Tiere aus. Hier sieht man noch wirklich glückliche Tiere und kann die natürlichen, hochwertigen Produkte direkt im Hofladen kaufen. Für Menschen die diese Idylle ein paar Tage genießen wollen bieten die Beiden Stellplätze für Wohnmobile an. Aber Achtung - die Plätze sind beschränkt ? What an incredibly beautiful piece of earth? Warmly recommended for everyone who just likes to come down. The operator couple exudes an incredible warmth and love for their animals. Here you can still see really happy animals and you can buy the natural, high-quality products directly in the farm shop. For people who want to enjoy this idyll for a few days, the two offer parking spaces for mobile homes. But be careful - the places are limited ?

We saw first hand what animal-friendly farming looks like, received a tour of the farm & facilities - cheese and meat making, milking, breeding, feeding .. everything farm related. You can purchase the super fresh products made at the farm; cheese, Goulash, Bolognese, Burgers, Sausages etc. It was fantastic!
